Adrian James (AJ), a talented entrepreneur, music producer, engineer, mixer, songwriter and all around musician, brings his deep passion for artistry and technical expertise, setting a high standard for creative excellence. Alongside him, Deb Henson, a true visionary, music executive, artist manager, & entrepreneur who is also a musician and songwriter. She drives the strategic, and operational dimensions of the group with an unmatched dedication to the music and its creators. The two are deeply passionate about their artists and are committed to building strong, lasting relationships with them. By creating a family-like environment, they ensure each artist feels supported and inspired to create music that resonates authentically with their audience.
